'BRITISH CINEMATOGRAPHER' ARTICLE ON 'REQUIEM'
27/06/2021

'British Cinematographer' sat down with DOP Joseph Guy for a chat about the look and process behind 'Requiem'. ''Along with director Emma Gilbertson, our aim was to strike a balance between a naturalistic look, and something more ominous with a heightened atmosphere. Requiem is a story set in a specific time in history, and I wanted the image to embody that. The overall goal was to strip away anything that would feel too modern.''
